Thursday evening around 9:15, two unsavory residents were leaving the bar, Hard Tails.  While stumbling along the road, they happened to see an apartment with an open window.  They stole a ladder for the Mystic Cove Charters Holding area and used it to climb up into the apartment.   Once inside, they ransacked the place, looking thru drawers and cupboards.  Taking anything they thought would be of value.

---------------------------------

Nick scowled as he stood by the open window, examining the frame and ledge without touching it.  There was evidence that that's where someone had entered the apartment from there and he looked around before cursing under his breath.  He wasn't sure exactly what had been taken but he knew he had a list of what he owned in his office. With determined strides he made hsi way out of the apartment and made his way downstairs where he noticed Alice sat.  Shoving the door open, he charged into the room, "I need you to pull up the lit of personal property I have and print it out, then get your candy ass upstairs, sniff around and see if I got anythign missing."

Alice yawns out of boredom as she surfed the web wondering if she even was supposed to be here today. Looking at her nails she contemplated painting them another color when Nick walked in making her jump. "Fuck damn...ah...hello boss.." She blinked grumbling low but tilted her head. "Your...list..uh sure Sir." She clicked and typed searching for it and printed it out. "Well thank you for the compliment about my ass but sure yeah I'll be up." Shrugs her shoulders standing up and smooths her dress out. "I'm not a blood hound but I'll see what I can find.." Rolls her eyes.

Ɓυввℓєѕ stood in shock, observing the mess that had been made of their apartment. She had no clue what might be missing, nothing visible from what she could see but she had a box of vintage jewelry upstairs that she had a feeling would be gone. Making her way through the mess of furniture on the floor, straightening it out on her way, she closed the windows and made sure they were all securely locked, being careful not to disturb where there may be fingerprints. She would make her way up stairs and, as she' expected, her valuables box had been ransacked and pried open and was left empty. She sighed deeply as she held her hand to her forehead in despair. "fuck..." She muttered, unable to process exactly what had happened, before making her way down to Nick's office where she assumed he had gone. Her eyes stinging as she grit her teeth and tried to control her emotions... Feeling the flicker inside of her knowing that her own, and other peoples emotions were her weakness. Their beautiful new apartment.. She'd only just got finished..... Walking through the door of the office, she looked at Nick as her lip began to quiver. "baby.... " She sighed.

Nick ignored her comment about being a blood hound as he set his fist on his hips and frowned, his eyes dark. "Also I want cameras put up...one in the downstairs room and one in here...and a security system.  I need to make sure this back room in secure.  If someone gets a glimpse at my files..." he trailed off, then licked his lips before turning to Bubbles as she entered the office.  She look beautiful as always, a pale delicate flicker with her mass of brilliant red hair.  He almost looked away when he noticed her expression and he sighed.  "Alice, go upstairs, I know you're not a blood hound but doesn't your kind have some sort of ability to smell shit? Go, get, make yourself useful."  He approached Bubbles then, his hand coming up to cup her cheek. "You okay?'

Alice knew he meant business with his expression so clear and she went silent nodding her head while grabbing her phone as well to start making some calls. "Um...right away Sir.." Blinks seeing the Fae and frowned as she was fixing to break down. She could seem like a bitch but she knew when to make herself scarce. "I'll...see what I can dig up.." Walks passed them and goes upstairs to start searching around the apartment. Gazes over the floor and the walls smelling the air trying to pick up the scent of anyone's blood other than Nick and the Fae. Finding it difficult since her's was so much stronger.

Ɓυввℓєѕ stood near the doorway as Nick addressed Alice, fiddling with her ring and twisting it round on her finger as she did when she was nervous or mad. Her face marred with anxiety as she looked at Nick. Although she would try to force a weak smile at Alice as she passed her on the way out of the door. Turning her attention back to Nick as he placed his hand on her cheek, she would nuzzle in the comfort of his touch and nod subtly in response to his question. "i'm.... I just...." Her voice was broken and a tear escape her eye and roll down her cheek to where Nick's hand rested. She sighed again. "My grandmama's jewelry... It's all I had of.... " Her words trailing as her thoughts turned to her Grandmamas face. A kind gentle face, and the only one who understood Bubbles need to escape. She had been killed in the war and the jewelry were the only things Bubbles had managed to salvage before going into hiding. She inhaled deeply and would attempt to place her hand over Nick's, closing her eyes, unable to muster any more words.

Nick listened as his eyes darted across her face, catching her gaze as she spoke of her grandma and he nodded, trying to show her that he understood though he didn't really.  Born wealthy he chose to take material things for granted and he knew she was mourning the lost of a memory more then the actual jewelry and he couldn't relate to that either.  His family was more of a curse then anything to derive joy from. "It's okay baby...I will hire a artist, someone who could maybe sketch a portrait for you from memory...yeah? And I'll make sure I hit up the pawn shop every day in case the stuff shows up...yeah?"  He brushed her tear with his thumb.  "And it's okay I will keep you safe."  He nodded as if the action would confirm his determination.

Alice rubs her head trying to focus as hard as she could to sniff around pushing Bubbles smell aside. "Nnnn...oh..wait.." She glared going to the windows taking in a big wiff. "Hmmm...one...no..two..people.." She began to write without looking at the paper. "Males...seemed...to be drinking.." She mumbled to herself while walking around zoning in more on the scents. After she got all she could, Alice started searching checking off everything she could find. When she was finished, she headed back downstairs to her boss and Bubbles. "I've finished Sir.."

Ɓυввℓєѕ' breathing was stuttered as she tried to fight back breaking down completely, His touch calming her a little and his words reassuring her. She knew he meant what he said, he'd always looked after her, she'd always felt safe and protected. Even the day in the bar, the day she saw him again after those 2 months, his outburst at her and the way he'd acted, even then, she didn't feel scared... Not of him. Scared of him not loving her any more, but not scared of him. He was her protector and always had been. The flickering of her glamor that was buzzing like electricity inside of her began to fade and she turned her face to kiss his palm before taking a deep breath. She exhaled long and slow as Alice re-entered the office, hoping to hear something hopeful at least. She was a bloodsucker, not the kind of being that Bubbles wanted to be around, especially not as much as she was, being that Alice was Nick's assistant - but her skills definitely could come in handy sometimes. She turned to make her way toward the couch, seating herself slowly and sighing again, "So.. what now ? What can we do baby?" She questioned him before waiting to hear if Alice had returned with any useful information.

Nick turned his attention to Alice the moment she re-entered the office and his expression turned dark, his eyes narrowing some as he dismissed Bubbles for a moment. He politely held up his hand to indicate for her to wait as he spoke with Alice, "Aight, so what do I have missing?  Shouldn't be anything of much importance, most of it is Bubbles' stuff, which I want you to catalog once all this nonsense is resolved. And the cameras, did you call in for that?  When will they be here?"  He was all business as he moved to Alice's desk, flipping through the paper work she had there. while again licking his lips.  It was a habit he had when he was worked up or anxious.

Alice gulps keeping somewhat calm as she did get scared of him when he looked that dark. "Um..y-yes..Sir I made all the necessary calls. They'll be here first thing in the morning to install them everywhere that is needed." Stumbling with her paper she glances at it. "Um..the only thing that seemed to be missing was the jewelry...that's it." She turned the sheet over to where she'd written on it. "I..was only able to smell two males...that were apparently very intoxicated.."

Ɓυввℓєѕ sat on the couch, staring down at her hands as she continued to twist her ring around her finger, concentrating on rotation as she listened to Nick and Alice's conversation. Thankful that seemingly nothing else had been taken, although there really wasn't much else of value in the place. When they'd moved to Mystic Cove, it had been pretty much empty handed, acquiring all of there furniture and items whilst being there, and as Bubbles had no cases as of yet, there were no sensitive files that could have been taken, thankfully. But the loss of her Grandmama's jewelry still upset her, and the invasion of their home, their private space had scared her. And worried her. Was this a place where things like that happened often ? Would she have to always be on her guard. She knew Nick would protect her, but what about the times he wasn't around. As a woman, she's wasn't strong, and as a Fae, her magic was weak and untrained. If something were to happen, she would be as good as powerless against anyone, much less  2 men. Sure cameras would capture anything that happened, but that would only be good for evidence after the fact, It wouldn't help her at the time. Her face furrowed into a worried frown once again and she looked back to Nick. "So what do we do.... ?" She knew there wasn't many options but maybe he had an idea that she hadn't thought of.

Alice frowns to the Fae feeling bad, she could see this upset her and smiled with her normal teeth. "They'll turn up...I'm..sure of it Ma'am.." Watches her boss walk into the office shutting the door and sighs going to her own desk sitting down fixing up the papers he had strung out looking for god only knows what. "Ugh..what a mess geez.." She grumbled. "Would you like for me to have some food delivered Miss Bubbles?" Glances up at her again

Ɓυввℓєѕ relaxed the muscles in her shoulders a little as Nick reassured her. He was right, times were tough and things like this do happen in times of hardship. It didn't stop the hurt of losing her Grandmas jewelry and she was still a little scared but she knew Nick would do all he could to keep her safe. As he strode into his office and closed the door, she knew the conversation was done. Letting out another sigh, she smiled at Alice as she attempted to be polite and watched as she made a start at tidying her desk. Food. She hadn't thought about food. Maybe she should eat. She lifted her head and nodded at Alice. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Why don't you call the Sushi place and have them deliver... Or maybe we should get out of the office for a while.... " She pondered a second, knowing by the closed door that Nick didn't want to be disturbed, but she would rise from the sofa and step towards his office, tapping gently at the glass with her knuckle not waiting for a reply, before pushing the door ajar just a crack.

Nick combing his fingers through his hair, then dropped his weight on the chair.  Grabbing up the phone, he attempted to dial out to the number he had for his connection in the U.S., when the call didn't go through, he cursed quietly, then set the receiver down.  Turning to his laptop, he saw he had a few emails and the urgency from the subject lines were evident. Wiping a hand across his jaw, he was about to open them and see what was so damn important when he heard the knock.  Lifting his head, he shut the computer and flashed her a smile, "Hey baby, what's going on?"

Alice even though she didn't need to eat human food anymore she still liked the taste. Nodding her head she went to pick up the phone but stopped hearing bubbles saying they should just go get food. "I'm...not sure if that's a good idea Ma'am..." She didn't want to walk alone with the Fae, even with all her self control right now she was getting hungry. Thankfully she watched as the girl got up and went to talk to her boss so she eased back in the chair going through her phone to play a game.

Ɓυввℓєѕ felt her face soften a little at his smile. It never failed to make her feel better. He own lips curled into a grin of their own in return and she opened the door a little wider, waving her hand dismissively at Alice's words. Stepping into his office. Approaching his desk she perched herself against the edge of it next to his chair and would reach out in attempt to run her fingers through his hair as she spoke. "Alice mentioned food and.. Well I guess I could eat. But I don't feel like cooking and well... The kitchen is trashed anyway." She sighed again as her mind briefly wandered to the state of their apartment. She'd have to clean it up at some point soon... "You want she should order a take out for us... Or you wanna go out to eat baby?" She considered for a second he may not want either, and added hastily, "You even hungry?" Turning her body toward him as her free hand curled a lock of hair around her finger.

Nick looked through the glass wall when Bubbles mentioned Alice and food.  Alice was easy enough to control, as long as he kept her fed and in check she usually handled herself well but he knew enough about vampires to know if she began to lust for blood there wouldn't be much he could do to stop her.  It seemed Bubbles made her a little more hungry than normal and he sighed.  He hadn't fed her.  With all the bullshit of settling in and the robbery he'd completely forgot.  "Right, yeah let's go out for some food, I like that idea, it's been awhile since we just relaxed." As he spoke, he unbuttoned his cuff and began roll up the material.  Shrugging off his coat, he would casually drape it on the chair. "Let me take care fo something first."  He slipped the ring off then and handed it to her. "There's two parts to this.  The inner band is stationary but the outer part can be twisted.  If you need to, I need you to twist that.  Got it?"  He didn't wait for an answer but called out for Alice, "Come in here a second, will you?"

Alice almost drops her phone when she heard Nick speaking to her and slowly got up. She didn't know if she was introuble or what but she wasn't going to make Mr. Grumpy wait. "Coming coming.." She walked over into the office next to the two and noticed Bubbles had the ring that her boss used to burn her when she misbehaved. Twitching she looked at both of them. "What...is going on if I might ask?" She raised and eyebrow while crossing her arms. Alice was becoming more aggitated from not being fed and tried to keep herself in check. Maybe a quick burn would keep her mind off the hunger but she shook that thought away, it hurt like a bitch.

Ɓυввℓєѕ tilted her head and looked at him oddly as he handed her the ring. She opened her mouth to speak, but before she could inquire as to what exactly it was for, he was already calling past her to Alice. She let the ring slip over the tip of her finger and brought it closer to her face to inspect it. Turn it ? Why would she turn it ? It looked like a normal ring, apart from the fact it had a rotating band, she couldn't see anything particularly special about it. Fitted to Nick's man sized finger, it was obviously too big for her dainty figure so she slipped it on to her thumb, still frowning in curiosity, she twisted the outer band of the ring, and waited to see if anything happened.

Nick continued to roll up the sleeve of his shirt and when his arm was exposed to the elbow. he motioned for Alice to approach. "Close the door, it's time for you to feed. Take what you need, but don't go over board or Bubbles will..." He paused when he caught Bubbles movement out of the coner of his eye.

Alice watching Nick rolling up his shirt sleeve she understood and her eyes widened. "Sir...are you suuAGHHH!!" Hissed as the cuffs got red hot burning her, making her buckle to her knees with a loud thud. "Fucking hell..." Her fangs came out growling but didn't attack, just rubbed her wrists trying to get it to stop hurting. "Q-Quit it Fae!!" Her voice split sounding dark, never having spoken like that since she'd never been that angry.

Ɓυввℓєѕ  lifted her head and raised an eyebrow when Nick mentioned "time to feed". Feed... how ? On what ? And why was he rolling his sleeve up....? Suddenly the pieces seemed to come together and she realized what was happening. "Wait.... What the fuck? Feed - On you ??" Her tone was that of disbelief but before she had a chance to react further she heard the shout behind her and spun on the spot in time to witness Alice drop to her knees, growling in her direction through protruding fangs. It took a second before she understood what had happened. Looking down at the ring on her thumb and then back at Alice as she rubbed at the metal bands around her wrists she realized what the ring had done. Alice's tone had completely changed, and Bubbles started to see the true vampire surface. Turning her attention back to Nick, still in shock and without a clue as to what to make of a hunter, feeding a vampire. Although, was it any more bewildering than a hunter in love with a Faerie?

Nick watched the scene unfold, the corner of his lip twisted in a subtle curl as Alice hit the floor.  "I said...twisted if needed.  S'pose I could of told you what it did, but now you know.  You don't think she listened to me because I'm a scary guy do you? It's why I keep her close so I know what she's up to.  Vampires can't be under estimated, they don't live so long being stupid.  She's clever.  And since I might have to leave you alone with her sometimes I will get you your own ring soon.  Now, don't do that again unless something goes wrong."  Flicking his gaze back at Alice, he held out his arm.  "It's usually not done this way, but she needs to be fed."

Alice tries not to let her anger get out of control cutting her eyes from the Fae to the human regaining some of her sanity. "Food...feed.." With her wrists still burning and healing, Alice crawled over since standing would be awkward hunched over. Take a good strong grip on his arm she could smell the blood pumping just underneath the skin and smiled. She rubbed her thumb on the skin soothing it not wanting to hurt him since he was her blood source, opened her mouth and sunk her teeth into his arm. Blood pooled into her mouth igniting every nerve in her body as she growled like an animal as she began to feed. She was starving but tried to keep in control not to drain him.

Ɓυввℓєѕ just stared at Nick in utter bewilderment as he tried to explain. She at least knew what the ring did now, but she was still struggling to get her head around the thought of Alice feeding from him. As he held out his arm, she took a step back, with her back against the wall beside his chair, watching as Alice approached him on her knees. It was enough to see another woman touching him but as she sunk her teeth into his tanned skin, she gritted her teeth and winced as if the pain were hers and not his. She let out a whimper, involuntarily and was almost tempted to twist the ring again just to get Alice away from him. Using him like he was nothing but a giant steak. Seeing Alice feed from him, made her feel sick in her stomach and she could feel the blood coursing through her own veins as she felt the flicker of electricity inside her once again. Trying hard to control it, she looked toward Nick, trying to read his expression. Was he in pain ? or was he used to this ? how often had Alice fed from him ? She tried to shake the thoughts from her head.

Nick shifted his thoughts from what was going on in the room to something that fueled his own rage, giving him the strength he'd need to get through the ordeal.  Feeding a supernatural from his own body was something he despised but he knew sometimes sacrifices had to be made.  These were all lessons he was taught in the back rooms when other kids were being taught stuff like geometry.  The company his father kept were all hunters, people full of secrets and knowledge passed on for years and years.  He was taught many things, including suppressing his true feelings.  Closing his pale eyes, he thought of his father hunched in the corner of the dark library of their dilapidated home.  From his shadowy spot, he'd rant and go on and on in his hatred and craziness, babbling about how he'd get his revenge for imaginary slights.  The memory was enough to get Nick past the initial pain of Alice's fangs in his flesh, but as his blood was drained, he felt his forearm flare with heat and his head began to spin.  His strength was leaving him as was his heat but something pleasurable masked the fear he should have been feeling.  Sinking deeper into the leather chair, he rested his head back and released a quiet breath from his lips.

Alice made the pain go away that he must've been feeling as she fed. Finally, she knew she had to stop now for risk of killing him and looked up at him as he started sinking into his chair. She shut her eyes and yanked herself away from his arm shaking. "No..more.." Alice put her hands over the spot where she'd bitten him to stop the bleeding as she stared up at Bubbles with blood all over her mouth. "First Aid...Kit...in my top drawer...get it now." She spoke quickly, she didn't have healing powers to help others so bandages were the only way she could stop the bleeding. Seeing the look on the girls face she snapped. "Hurry!"

Ɓυввℓєѕ continued to watch with her face screwed up as the vampire continued to feed on Nick. Her fingers hovering and twitching above the ring on her thumb, poised and ready to twist it at any moment. But how would she know when he'd had enough. She saw him close his eyes and her brow furrowed into another concerned frown. She reached out to touch his face, but as her fingertips made contact with his skin she felt a jolt of electricity pass through her and all of a sudden it was as if her body was not her own. She was feeling what he was feeling. Physically, mentally.... She felt weak - drained - and her knees almost buckled beneath her. But the physical pain was nothing compared to the mental anguish. She couldn't see his memories, but she could feel their effect on him. Her mind was grey, blank and grey, but a tear sprung to her eye as if she was reminiscing her most painful memory. An audible whimper escaped her lips and she managed to open her eyes, pulling her hand away and breaking the contact with his cheek. There seemed to be a fog that lifted from around her as she began to feel herself again. The power of empathy was one that she had possessed yet never trained. But it had never effected her in that way before. But then again, she had never had a connection to anyone like she did with Nick, before. Could that have something to do with it? She snapped back to reality with a start as Alice barked an order at her, and only then did she realize what was happening. Looking down at Nick's arm, she saw a trickle of blood drip over his smooth skin then look up at his face to see him slumped in the chair and barely conscious. "Move!" It was almost a yell as she would attempt to shove Alice out of the way and kneel beside Nick. Taking his limp arm into her hands, she concentrated hard on all of the energy inside of her that she could muster and cupped her palm over his wound. She would feel dizzy, attempting to use yet another power that she had never trained, but she knew she needed to heal him. "C'mon baby..." She muttered as her whole body tensed and she felt a tingle spread across the surface of her skin, making it's way to her fingertips. Pressing her hand against his arm, she focused all of her energy until she began to feel weak, then pulled her hand away to reveal faint smears of blood where the fang punctures used to be.

Nick drifted in a myriad of thoughts and images and he wasn't even sure if he was conscious or had slipped into sleep.  He was unaware of the two women who was working to stop his bleeding as was completely at peace as he floated on a sea of chaotic images and memories.  When he came to, reality seeped in slowly and he rolled his head to one side and opened his heavy eyelids. Attempting to catch his heavy skull, his head jerked over to the other side and his eyes flew open.  Bubbles was looking at him with concern and he felt bad for her.  She'd been dealing with a lot and he wasn't making things easier. Perhaps he could turn his back on the whole "hunter" bullshit.  Maybe they could simply live and not having all the shit hanging over their heads.  If he didn't deserve some peace, she did. As he came around, he pushed the thought aside and returned to his usual self.  Sitting up, he looked around for the vampire. "Is it all good?"

Alice felt the contact of the Fae's shove hit her and she blinked falling back on her ass. She wasn't strong but that took her by surprise that the girl would do that. "You...can heal?" She sighed in relief trying to then clean herself up, licking her hands clean of the blood since she didn't have a handkerchief or anything. Quickly rubbing the blood around her mouth into her mouth to get what she could off without water knowing she'd really need to scrub her face good after this ordeal. Alice used to do this all the time before she ran into the hunter; except then she killed what she fed off of. Snapping out of her thoughts, Alice looked up seeing Nick conscious and coherent making her relax. "Y-Yea...I'm good Sir, let's not do that again ok? Geez give me a blood bag or something. Took everything I had not to drain you dry.." Tilting her head looking at him to Bubbles. "You two alright? I'm assuming she healed you.."

Ɓυввℓєѕ stayed sat on the floor and leaned to the side, resting her shoulder against the wall, dizzy and weak from using all her energy to heal Nick. She looked up at him, glad to see him conscious and managed a weak smile before shooting a glare towards Alice. Already to tempted to burn her wrists again for even biting into Nick's flesh, but now seeing his blood around her mouth, and lapping at her fingers like a child covered in chocolate and hearing her speak of draining him dry, it was all she could do not to twist the ring over and over until nothing but the smell of burning flesh filled her nostrils. With these thoughts, she pulled the ring from her thumb and offered it towards Nick. "Here, you'd better take this back...."

Nick took the ring and nodded at Alice's comment. "Right, you're probably right, we'll put a refrigerator in here and keep the door locked. Preserve some blood for you to drink.  I wouldn't want to keep any blood upstairs, especially after the break in.  Hell, i don't know.  We'll figure something out, it just has to be undetectable..."  Rubbing his wrist, he looked down at his skin.  Using a handkerchief, he cleaned up the blood, then rolled his sleeve back down.  He had never known Bubbles could heal and he left the actions unspoken of.  "So, sushi?"  He managed a grin.

Alice sees Bubble's glare and frowned knowing she deserved it and flinched when she touched the ring but watched her take it off to hand it back to Nick. "Sounds...good we'll figure it out later...I..apologize Bubbles for you having to see that side of me." She rubbed her wrists getting up off the floor. Nodding to the idea of getting out of her for the moment sounded great. "I'm full but sushi tastes yummy...just...need a wet wipe.." She backs up away from them.

Ɓυввℓєѕ nodded in agreement at Nick's suggestion at storing blood for Alice instead of a repeat of what had just happened. She never wanted to experience that again, and she never wanted Nick to experience that again either. She just hoped it wasn't Nick's blood that he was suggesting they preserve and store. She attempted to stand from the ground but was still weak and a little shaky and ended up slumping back on to her knees. She heard Alice address her but couldn't look at her right now. She couldn't stand to see her Love's blood smeared across the vampires face and hands. So, as she kept her gaze fixed on Nick, she jerked her chin in Alice's direction, signifying a half hearted acceptance of her apology. Before placing her hand on Nick's knee, speaking weakly, as she nodded. "Sure, Sushi sounds good.... Help me up baby..."

Nick tried to keep things casual, as if he hadn't just gave himself up as vampire food and been healed by a fae.  When Bubbles asked him for help, he regretted not being able to assist her.  He was drained and weak himself and he reached out to touch her hair before he encouraged her to climb on his lap.  "Alice, order us some take out will you.  I'm starving and way too weak to go for a hike right now."  Slipping the ring back on his finger, he straightened up some, "Get me whatever and close the door behind you."

Alice knows when to take a hint nodding her head as she started backing up. "Yes Sir...right away...you...two just stay there..." She hurries to her desk and makes the order, then rummages in her drawer for a wet wipe to clean herself quickly. Nobody needs to see blood all over her, especially the delivery guy. Hearing a knock on the door she grabbed the money to pay for the food and takes the plates from the NPC guy thanking him. She walks back in his office and sits the plates and drinks down for them. "Here you are...um forks should be in there or chopsticks...uh enjoy..and sorry again."

Ɓυввℓєѕ knew Nick would have been weak but was too drained for the thought to have crossed her mind, But she managed to pull herself up on to his lap and curl her fragile frame almost into a ball as she leaned against him. She lay still for a moment, her eyes closed and taking in the sound of his breathing as Alice busied herself ordering and paying for the food. After a short while, Bubbles opened her eyes and looked up at Nick, all the color drained from his face and his eyes pale and dull. It would use her last bit of energy and it would take her longer to recover, but she could bring his strength back to him. "Here, let me help you baby..." Her voice soft, almost a whisper as she reached a hand in attempt to cup his cheek and bring his face closer to hers. A simple kiss would have him feeling stronger, and although she could have used her healing kiss previously, his bite wound was more urgent and needed the instant healing that she could only have drawn from the elements rather than waiting for the power of her kiss to flow through his body. She would shift slightly on his lap and attempt to bring her lips to meet his.
